l Download the latest version of Enterprise software.
l Open the file and proceed to install it on the server.

If you have server only install, then we recommend you to install over your previous version, or choose the full program installation. If you have the full program with the QuickBooks Database Manager on your computer, then you can install over the previous version, or keep both old and new versions.
